一.Description
1.An automated anodizing line is a comprehensive system designed
for the efficient and consistent anodizing of metal parts or
components in an industrial setting.
2.The automated anodizing line typically begins with a
pre-treatment stage, where the metal parts undergo cleaning and
surface preparation.
3.Once the pre-treatment stage is complete, the parts are
transported through a conveyor system to the anodizing tanks.

四.Treatment Process:
- Degreasing
(1) 6jig(rack)/ tank x 1 tank=6jig(rack)
(2) treatment time: 2-5min - Alkaline Etching
(1) 6jig(rack) / tank x 2 tank=12jig(rack)
(2) treatment time: 3-15min - Neutralization
(1) 6jig(rack) / tank x 1 tank=6jig(rack)
(2) treatment time: 1-5min - Anodizing
(1) 2 jig(rack)/tank x 3tanks = 6jig(rack)
(2) Current density: 130A/m²
(3) Process time: 30min
(4) Unprocess time: 8min
(5) Total time 30+8=38min
(6) Average anodizing layer : 0.36*0.77*1.3*30 =10.81um

五. Design Parameter and Setting
1. Anodizing treatment area:
1) Each anodizing process tank need 38min ,where total jig(rack)/year:
( 2 rack x 3 tank x 60min/h) ÷38min x600 hour =5684jig(rack)
2) Design 44.3m²/jig(rack) . Where every tank is 88m²
3) Area treatment/year : 5684jig(rack)x 44.3m² /jig =251801m²
2. Anodizing treatment weight:
Monthly output : 251801m²÷400m²/T*0.9=566T≧550T
3. Power consumption:
1) Anodising Tank:100m²/tank* 130A/ m²÷0.9=14444A/tank
Power Rectifier : 15000A =3unit
2) Clouring tank: 100㎡/tank×80A/m²÷0.9 = 8888A/tank
Colour Rectifier : 12000A =1 unit
