The 1000-ton horizontal anodic oxidation production line launched by Guangdong MEIAL Technology Co., Ltd. is designed for
large-scale and high-efficiency surface treatment of aluminum
profiles. This production line integrates automated control, energy conservation, environmental protection,
and precision processes, meeting the anodizing needs of aluminum materials in various
industries such as construction, decoration, and engineering.
High-load design: Specifically designed for the anodizing of
1000-ton aluminum profiles, supporting continuous mass production.
Fully automatic control: The entire production line is automated
through a touch screen (tablet computer) combined with a PLC, and
it has both manual and automatic control modes.
Full process coverage: Integrates a complete process flow including
degreasing, chemical polishing, alkaline etching, anodizing,
coloring, sealing, drying, and cleaning.
