The 500T Aluminum Profile Anodizing Production Line is a
large-scale automated industrial system designed for surface
treatment of aluminum profiles, with an annual capacity of 500
tons. Through electrochemical anodizing, it forms a dense oxide
layer on aluminum surfaces, enhancing corrosion resistance, wear
resistance, aesthetics, and paint adhesion. It is widely used in

Core Process Flow
The line includes the following key stages (customizable per

- Pre-treatment
