1. Product Overview

The 500T Aluminum Profile Anodizing Production Line is a large-scale automated industrial system designed for surface treatment of aluminum profiles, with an annual capacity of 500 tons. Through electrochemical anodizing, it forms a dense oxide layer on aluminum surfaces, enhancing corrosion resistance, wear resistance, aesthetics, and paint adhesion. 2. Core Process Flow

The line includes the following key stages (customizable per requirements):

• Pre-treatment

  • Degreasing: Removes oils and contaminants.

  • Neutralization: Activates the surface via acid wash.

• Anodizing
